A security deposit equal to one night’s rent is required upon registration. Said deposit may be applied toward reimbursement for any cost incurred due to tenant’s violation of the rental agreement. Tenant shall be responsible only for damage beyond normal wear and tear and losses or damage to items furnished for the tenant’s convenience. The premises will be inspected within one week of tenant’s stay. If at that time, no damages to the unit are discovered the entire amount of the deposit will be returned to the tenant within a reasonable period of time. If damages are noted to the unit, tenant will receive an estimate of damages and upon successful completion of repairs, any remaining amount of security deposit above repair costs.
